Quality management system courses are trained by previously trained and skilled staff whose capacity is continuously built through training of trainer courses, and freshers courses. All TOT are conducted by QualExpect consulting services, South Africa-with ISO/TC-212 members.
The company implements ISO 9001 to ensure consistency of services offered and ability to meet customer satisfaction. Trainee and client views are sought through training evaluation forms and these are used to improve the quality of trainings. Post training discussions are as well used to improve services.
Following every training, whatsapp groups, emailing lists are created to allow trainees to consult on several matters regarding the training. This ensures that support on areas which need clarification during implementation is done. This service is done free of charge.
For training on the calendar, a minimum charge of $495 per week per participant for a class of 20-25 applies.
